Prices
I work on a % fee, lump sum or consultancy charge – or a
mixture of all three.
Consultancy charges are based on my hourly rate of
£25.00 per hour. This rate is reviewed annually.
Reasonable expenses and travelling are charged in
addition to all fees and time charges. At the present
time I am not VAT rated.
As part of my payments I do not receive a % from your
Landscape Contractor.

The Initial Consultation is charged on a time basis and
is deducted from overall fees if the project goes ahead. This also applies to
any surveys required. Projects can differ remarkably in
the amount of work required and therefore fees charged
are variable. An estimate of fees involved will be
provided at the beginning of each project.
The services selected for your project will be driven by
your project brief. The full range of services available
is specified by the Society of Garden Designers.
